Willow Creek - updated buildings/lots

Hey there,

Im working on updating/rebuilding Willowcreek with newer houses and updated Magnolla parks/the library and museum.

Has anyone made new library or community centre with the new pack items? (Growing Together)

i tried to renovate the existing building had no luck
