For appliances it would be nice if we could get a smoke house to prepare smoked meats and fish. It would help with storing meat in off the grid lots. Also, a root cellar, instead of a fridge. Maybe they could also add hunting as a new skill, and sims could hunt for rabbits, deer, wild boar, and occasionally wolves and bears and they get to keep the pelts to use as rugs. Also new collectibles in the form of shed deer antlers and truffles, hazelnuts and raspberries.
