I've wanted a medieval game that's more like the regular Sims for a long time. Sims Medieval was fun but it wasn't what I really wanted. I'd love to see other historical periods too. At one point I was really into the concept of a Georgian-themed game. The RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance is primarily about fighting, but it includes so many other aspects of the MC's life, for example, Henry has to bathe, sleep and eat. I think EA could do worse than take its everyday activities as inspiration for a historical Sims game.
