The modern exterior design of The Del Rey looks very nice! :) The plants and trees look very nice how they are placed in the outdoors areas. Very nice seat bench sitting area in the roof covered side porch. The stone wall texture gives a great look to the home. Very nice furnishing of the interior! The open plan kitchen and dining area looks very nice . Very nice kitchen area! It looks great how the counters are placed in U shape and the fruit bowl, wall knives and utensils, olive oil and bottles are nice kitchen touches. The stone wall looks great ! Very nice windows dining nook for sims to enjoy dining in the sunshine. The design of the living room is very nice! Very nice fireplace nook! The items look great on the shelves there! Sims will enjoy sitting chatting on the sofa and armchairs there, listening to the stereo music. The orange, red and yellow patterned floor rug adds a nice look to the room. Sims will enjoy waking up to sunshine coming in through the bedroom window, and will enjoy playing the guitar in their bedroom. The pool patio is very nice! Nice outdoors living area for sims to enjoy sitting poolside on the seats in the sunshine.
