CC Free - This modern house was build for the famous pianist of Willow Creek, unfortunately he was murdered by a crazy stalker after one of his shows and the house is up for grabs LOL

The back View: House has big open plan spaces ground floor, 1st floor: a bedr with on-suite bathr and mezzanine floor 2nd floor: 2 more bedr, bathr, study and huge balcony

The architectural exterior design of Moderna Concerto is very nice! :) The roofing is great! It looks very nice how you have done the covered front pathway entrance to the home. The water fountain features look nice in the front of the pathway. The brown and yellow colour scheme of the exterior looks very nice. Very nice curved upper balcony ! Sims will enjoy painting on the easel, doing woodcrafting on the table or keep fit using the equipment there, enjiying being out in the sunshine. They will have great views whilst on the balcony. The pool patio area is nice. Sims will enjoy sitting poolside on the seat benches or have fun swimming in the pool.
It is a great modern exterior designed home! :)

Old Macdonald farm is so very cute! :) It is very great! The enlarged animals at the front of the home look so very cute ! The enlarged truck also looks great. It looks so very nice how you have done the rows of sunflowers and produce on the left hand side of the build. It looks great how you have set up the gardening boxes for sims to enjoy growing and harvesting plants in. The crate cartons look great there. The type of fencing that you have used suits well the type of home. Very nice exterior of the farmhouse! The wraparound porch is very nice! It looks nice how you have used the spandrels. The barn looks great! Nice pool and outdoors dining area at the back of the home.
It is a great farm home :)

Nice additions since my last visit, I especially like Moderna Concerto! Really cool architecture! :)
