A pop-up when deleting updated objects

My idea is simple. There should be a pop-up when you are about to delete an item that has been upgraded. This would avoid accidentally getting rid of objects that our sims have spent much time on. The pop-up could be a simple "are you sure? This item has the following upgrades: ...."

That's such a good idea palomiessamu. I usually upgrade everything that can be upgraded and I know we can undo deletions but sometimes it's too late to do that. So a reminder would be helpful.
