Adopting Orphans/kinship

Instead of just adopting kids from your phone, if your sim encounters a child who doesn’t have parents, they can be adopted or an older sibling can adopt their younger siblings if their parents die. They could have a new relationship like adopted dad/mom/son/daughter.
