Another Expansion that Doesn't Include Small Businesses for Doctors

Hear me out!!!! AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT WOULD LIKE TO SEE SIMS HAVE HOME MEDICAL OFFICES!!! We have now had The Sims 4: Get to Work for several years now. On its release new careers were released and not a single aspirations to align those new careers with. Each new expansion usually comes with some type of new trait and aspiration. Yes I am one of those players. It feels more immersive when I have an aspiration to go along with it.&nbsp; They then released City Living where many businesses can be located inside a residential building. How is it that with the release of Business and Hobbies there still no option to own a small medical office at your residence. Why should your sim have to go to work? Lets say your sim has completed the goal of Level 10 in the Doctor career. Why then should your sim be able to move onto owning their own Small medical office where they deal with other sims as they would in the medical office. Where is the room for story progression here? I have been waiting years and thought that with this new expansion we would finally see that but I purchased the expansion and was immediately disappointed. They do have an option to run a science lab as a business apparently but still no doctor office. is it too late for a refund?

I have a child that has been sick a while. He has no sick moodlet but he coughs, his head spins and other thought bubbles to indicate he is sick. One thought bubble shows a stethoscope. Yet I can find no way to treat him. Sleeping, resting, drinking orange juice isn't helping. In trying to research about this I read something, somewhere that seemed to indicate that not being treated can cause something bad to happen to him long term. If something like that happens I will be so furious as this is my prize child. Spitting image really and so far, seemingly very close demeanor to his father, whom I treasure. I too feel this disappointment in the Business and Hobbies expansion pack. Shame on you EA for valuing cupcakes and tattooing more than the health and welfare of our sims.&nbsp;
