That gnome is no different from when sims streak naked. Or when they shower. Didn't know it was missing from some versions of the game, though I did read that sims shower with their swimsuits on for games released in Thailand. In Sims 2 they used to remove the female sims from the cover of the games released for the middle east.
Didn't know that either, i live in England and when sims shower, they're just blurred out
