Better Build Mode for Fences, Gates, and Railings

Please improve the build mode for fences, gates, and railings. Add a new section so fences and gates are categorized by short, medium, and tall. Add more gates to match with the fences in the game...

I would absolutely love this! I hate picking a fence then, I can't find a gate to match because it's too tall/short.
