It's still an open issue.
Funny enough there's also a bug report from 5 years ago saying you can't add outfits to the: [NEEDS INPUT] [GT] [DU] Servos wear club outfits | EA Forums - 11507871 so it looks like it was possible at some point.
Jomilej Since 7 people upvoted this, I'm going to put this on review but for the future, bugs are no longer processed if you don't add thread tags for mods and platform or at least add the info to your post.
When I click either of those links I get sent to the homepage and get a message that says "Access Denied You do not have access to this area of the community or it doesn't exist"
