Body dragging doesn't work for Infants/Toddler/Children

The only functional slider is the body fat. The face can also still be edited, but not the neck.

I just tested this in my game. Mine don't look like your first pic but maybe that has to do with the outfit.

I can replicate the drag body sliders not working on infants-children.

Sorry for making you jump through hoops but hearing about issues with cc sliders, I didn't test but though it was the same issue.
