Bought content the day before the Mid-Summer Sale
As the title says, I bought packs the day before this sale began, and had no idea a sale was going to start the next day (or obviously, I would have waited.) I chatted to someone from EA Help who told me they couldn't do anything about it (i.e. a price adjustment).
As a long-time Sims player who has spent a lot of money on Sims content, it's disappointing that I can't seem to get any support or a gesture of goodwill for content I just bought at full price that can go on sale for as much as 50% off the next day with no prior notice.
I couldn't even find any other EA Help contact details to send this to.
That's it, that's my feedback.
