I paid for the game before it was free, which i know was a while ago now but I just found this forum. Is there any sort of compensation we get since i paid $40 for the base game? Its just so annoying to put o much money (including dlc) for the game to just become free. IMO there should be some store credit or something similar
I feel like there was a single stuff pack but when i had reached out to support I was told there were no packs given, thank you both for your responses!
Back when TS4 first became f2p, anyone who had already paid for the base game was able to claim the Desert Luxe kit for free. afaik this was a limited-time offer and the kit had to be manually claimed, so unfortunately it sounds like you've missed your opportunity and I doubt EA will reimburse you in any other way :(
