Broken objects too frequent
All of my households upgrade their appliances, plumbing etc so they don't break as often but still there's a handful of objects that break every. single. day. It's too much! I do save every sim day...

Yeah, I noticed that breakage does seem to be way to often even with upgrades.
First I tried to not upgrade, and just Repairo, but I felt I was repairing so much, I started upgrading... but they still break so darn often!
