Business & Hobbies EP pre-purchase is not available in my region (steam)

I haven't check it out on EGS though, but I do checked the page on EA website. But It is a bit annoying because I usually and prefer to finish the purchase on steam, and make sure my digital content is there. I do aware I can pick it up on EA app and still available in-game, but still sad it isn't in my steam library.
