    Hi,

    I heard this is by design.

    The game has always worked this way.

    To get the counters to align, you can try holding the ALT key while holding the counter to use more precision when placing.

You might try turning Automatic Counter Placement off and placing the corner sections yourself. 

1. Open the Buy catalog to Counters 

2. Click the left side of the catalog image, where you choose colors. 

3. Click on the Gear/Wrench symbol to change the setting from on to off. 

4. Choose the corner, or other counter piece, that you want. 

5. Rotate as needed and place it in the corner.

I’ll give it a try. Just very strange because I have never had this issue with any of the other counters.
