I have a bug when I accept quests from the dad and widower to get the tarot cards… the member change immediately and no one of the two can accept the toy I have to give them… I saved my game before and I quit it there so it doesn’t change for the moment ! Rebecca Flores keeps taking over Esther Gomes' Ghost Host role in the Order of Lenore for no reason. I would love to know how to solve this, as I was so excited for this quest.No mods or custom content installed.All packs owned and active.

No, I just tried doing this.When I checked the book statue thing to see the current members for a different quest, I noticed that Esther Gomes, my sim's coworker, had been replaced by a different ghost named Kali Lenny.When I tracked down Kali at the ghost support group meeting, Esther was also there - and both sims had the "Order of Lenore" above their names in their tooltips. However, my sim could only deliver the ghost essence to Kali, even though Esther was the one who gave her the quest.

Hey all, Moving this thread to the feedback section as the team have informed me this is by design and not a bug.

@Aspeda Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.

That said, I had them change too and suddenly had two Sims but I was able to give the item to either of them and it worked, so please test without mods.

Okay so MCCC made the change. Now I have the right guy but I don’t have the option to give him the toy, maybe I have to do the frog thing first ! Anyway, thank you for that !

@RogueIvyH I had that happen but I could always just finishe the quests with either Sim. Are you having issues with that ?

It will work but as soon as I hand it in the new sim becomes the permanent host. I think I have found that it is an issue with them joining careers because it keeps happening when I join the reaper career she does too. It might have the do with the neighbourhood stories being turned on for the other rabbit hole jobs.

Similar issue on PS4. I've had as many as 3 active Ghost Host Order members active at the same time. I seriously suspect it's not supposed to do this.

@RogueIvyH - It's not Neighborhood Stories. I've had mine disabled for years now and also have gotten multiple Ghost Hosts. I wonder if it's because ghosts are only semi-permanent, as wandering/nonplayable ghosts have always disappeared during the day (which is likely why they don't show up on our "Travel with..." lists.)
