    Hey all, 

    The Green Lady's Lost Tome can be purchased from the skills and activities - miscellaneous section of the buy menu once unlocked. 

    Some of the Reaper's Rewards challenges unlock the ability to purchase items, and do not place them in your inventories.

@meligart235 I replied to one of the comments. Might help you looking for the tome.

"Have you used the filter option?

Why try this steps:

1. Go to Build mode
2. Click 'Objects by Function'
3. Filter>Special Category>Event Rewards

There you will find the Tome.

Hope this helps."
