[BY DESIGN] Reaper Rewards Didn’t Receive The Green Lady’s Lost Tome

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.109.207.1020 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs and kits. I have absolutely everything installed. I do not use mods.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I claimed The Green Lady’s Lost Tome and it’s nowhere to be found. I’ve looked everywhere.
What happens when the bug occurs? Everything else is fine.
What do you expect to see? The book I claimed!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I installed the patch that was released today, 10/1/2024

    Hey all, 

    The Green Lady's Lost Tome can be purchased from the skills and activities - miscellaneous section of the buy menu once unlocked. 

    Some of the Reaper's Rewards challenges unlock the ability to purchase items, and do not place them in your inventories.

    @leonyjianmu I had the same issue. I just downloaded the build-buy mod again (if you have this CC) then replace the older one in my mods folder. It worked after I restarted the game. I had the option for "Read Book Intro" after clicking the book.

    @ghelysims Yes, you have to click on the book and not just read it. I had my sims read it three or four times and it didn't satisfy the task. It was only when I went into another house and the sim put the book on the table that I discovered you could click on the book.

    I got the Green Lady's Tome in game but I can't find it - it's not in anyone's inventory nor is it in the bookshelves. I can't purchase it either. Can the progress be reset? Tips on where to find? I can't progress in the Reaper's Rewards series without it.

    I looked on another form, apparently you have to buy it in build mode which is $300 in game currency, just look up the event book in the search bar and you'll see it.

    Go to build buy mode go to sort by function go to activities and skills then to miscellaneous it's like fourth row on the far right

    This worked, thank fưck. This is the worst event. I've never had so many problems with sims in my life. Horrible.
