can baking skills get added in Basegame?

I think it would be best for them to actually do this so that recipes can be redistributed based on common sense and ease of search. As a person who owns Get to Work I completely support this. It has been my contention that all they have to do is compensate GTW owners a small bit and it would be fine. My suggestion was always another skill like for like. But I'd be perfectly satisfied with additional business community lot designations and a few business related items. Heck if they gave us the often requested Grocery Store in the place of the Baking Skill, I'd be over the moon. A big win-win for everyone including EA because those who don't have GTW might have additional incentive to purchase the pack

I agree. I'm actually surprised they haven't done it yet. I think as long as they keep the GTW recipes locked behind that pack it shouldn't be that big of a deal. We have so many cakes, pies, cookies that should be in the baking skill. 

I also agree. The cooking menu is very bogged down and even after the rework still needs a lot of help. Making baking a base game skill and redistributing relevant cooking recipes to it would make the baking skill more relevant and help offload cooking recipes since there don't seem to be better ideas to fix the cooking menu right now.
