can cats and dog be put in base game for those of us that cant get it
a lot of players would love to have a pet in there game but dont have the money to get the pack so can just the animals be put in base game.

They have sales on a regular rotation. I have seen it for as much as 50% off in the past. That is not a basic feature. I still do not have the option to have my pets in-game without mods/CC. They do need another small pets pack so birds can be an option.
