Can't slot xenopetrium into Element Display Rack

Question

I am having an issue with the Element Display Rack with one of the elements named "Xenopetrium" not wanting to go into the the display rack. I have no issues with any of the other elements in the pack but the xenopetrium element. I am using the standard edition on PC. I have not had an issue with this until the drag and drop issue. After the patch fix to address the drag and drop the only thing I can't drop into its slot is the "xenopetrium" element.&nbsp;

it looks like this element is from GTW and hence not part of the initial elements that fits in the rack.
Up to EA to decide if they need to adjust something here though.

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
What's the error code you're getting ? Do you have any lastExceptions ? If so, please copy/paste the content.

I don't have any mods/cc in my game. I'm not getting any last exceptions in my Sims folder. What I am getting is the element just bouncing back to the original location on top of a desk and not slotting into the Element Display Rack. It though doesn't have the red error you get if something is being slotting in a place that doesn't fit. It lights up as if its going to go in, yet bounces back to the original location.
