CAS glow

When I download a sim from the gallery, even if I don't have cheats on, it somehow shows all the hidden outfits and clothing options, including those for tattoos. It doesn't matter how old the sim is: young adult, elderly, etc. I try to turn off the cheat, but it will not work. On the pro side of this, I've been making better sims now that I can't use the gallery.

It might be that the Sim you have downloaded from the gallery has already been used in a household that has been used for gameplay and has unlocked things in CAS. This means that the unlocked items will show up for that Sim you have downloaded.
