[CCSP] Simanite and Emerald Give Impossible to Use Benefits

Hey all, 

As @GiardiniDiMarzo stated earlier in this thread, the issue reported here is currently functioning as it was designed to. Sims should not be able to gain the benefits of crystals in their inventory, only from the jewelry crafted from the gems. 

I've also flagged that this design choice is causing some confusion/frustration to pass along to the game team.

But then what's the point of charging the crystals if their effects don't work that way?
If the crystal's only benefit is displayed on all versions of it, I shouldn't need to figure out which one truly gives the benefits in the correct way. It's just misleading and frustrating.

Good Point, but I think simanite (career boost) still working if you
1. work from home (an hour before next shift after u complete a work from home session, that's where the career performance bar increase somehow)
2. Negotiate a bonus (level 10 charisma)
3. Convince boss to give bonus (level 9 research and debate)
4. Being atrocious reputation level 5 celebrity, buy the atrocious perk, it will allow you to bribe boss for promotion for 1000 simoleons (can be used multiple times to max the bar instantly)
bonus :
- u can use wishing well to get promotion instantly
- be a workaholic, work off hours few times until "Demand for promotion" option on phone appear, and get instant promotion
- use celestial crystal helmet with hematite to get double career performance boost (combine with negotiate a bonus, auto max)
- be a level 4 celebrity, buy the 4th career perk for performance boost
- drink pre-work shot coffee to get career boost for 24 hours and +1 happy
- buy networked club perk for career boost
- befriend with mother plant and ask her to max your career bar
- use good school lot trait for school performance boost

@amjoie unfortunately most of the active works like high school, acting, doctor, detective, scientist, home decorator and most of non base game careers are not affected by any career boost mechanism, it's truly one of the bug of all time.

also yes, u can use 1 charged while other charging and switch place and so on for infinite use.

@Gingerxyz nope I don't think any active careers will get benefit from any career boost mechanism, it's a bug.

or rather need coding, sort of problem. so that any career from any DLC is affected by any career boost mechanism.

@needleworkreve or use mc dresser to change to career outfit, and use the jewelry
