The Sims 4 is mainly controlled with the mouse with only a few keyboard commands so there is no real reason to have a feature to change keybindings and I have never seen a request for this before.
@jpkarlsenHi. I'm disabled & play games on a Razer Pro mouse with 28 programmable keys. There are not enough buttons on my mouse to completely play the game without having to keep a keyboard nearby to slap occasionally with my bad hand. So there are more than "a few" keyboard commands. Maxis & EA have a shocking lock of accessibility & respect for the disabled. It's definitely something that is talked about within the community that needs it the most. If you haven't heard enough people with needs other than your own discuss an issue perhaps don't just dismiss their needs because they are different from your own. We pay the same money as everyone else & deserve to have basic functions & features considered when games are designed. No one is asking for Maxis to completely re-write the game code. We are asking to be respected enough to just make the changes we need ourselves in ways that suit our abilities & needs.

Sorry about your handicap but I can not see how the ability to change keyboard bindings would help you in this regard. Given that there are about 10 things you can't do without a keyboard I would assume that having 28 programable keys on your mouse would help you a lot in this regard.
