Changing Keybindings in The Sims 4

Here in 2025 to say I'm sick of accidentally pressing C - I don't want screenshots :)

please show me HOW TO RAISE UP THING ITS SO ANOYING IVE LOOKED EVERYWEARE AND 9 DONT WORK NOT CTRL 9 ETHER

I wish the grid could be turned off by default in options. But then still turn on with g key binding. 

Here in 2025 and the issue remains unsolved.

Omg, I'm glad it's not just me. I hate when I'm in the middle of building and go to hit ESC, but accidentally hit F1 instead and am suddenly taken through a loading screen into world view. I don't want that action to be a hot key. I will never want that action to be a hot key. If I want to go to the neighborhood map at any point, I will click on the button to take me there. And the fact that you cannot turn off or change any of those hot keys/keybindings is a usability nightmare that really is unacceptable at this stage of the game. 
Is it a huge deal? No, not really, unless my game crashes trying to reload the lot I was working on. But it's certainly frustrating, and seems like one of those things that should have been addressed long ago, especially given how it's kind of an industry standard.

Just started playing The sims 4 after 10 years, since it finally doesn’t feel «empty» anymore. Haven’t really played since The sims 2. I am mostly an fps gamer. But the nostalgia had me buy all the expantions and play the sims 4 for the last 5 months now. In 2025 fps players play on keyboards without the numpad or home/end buttons to get more space to move aorund the mouse.  And what do I use when I play The sims, the numpad and the home/end and page up/down. Its so stupid, please let me change it.  It feels so slow to only use the mouse to click all the buttons. I just wanna use the mouse to controll my sims and place walls/objects. For the rest I’d  like to use the keyboard.

 Not to mention I also play on a nordic keyboard and have to guess where would I size up and down objects etc.
