Cheat Autopay?

Why is autopay bills not working? I need that because it is so irritating need this working, also it is irritating when those popups constantly happening for stuff that notifications around different worlds how can I tweak them out? Like a notification on sports shows up too often how can I opt out certain things? Please need more things to opt out. I am mostly a builder and CAS sim creations.
