Concept "Create My World"

Hi Sims4 Developer"s 

It would be great to have a PC expansion for Sims 4 that's completely "Create Your Own" a small neighborhood where the gamer can design the full landscape of the area from naming the world, creating businesses, entertainment and homes. It 's a way to create,build and design your neighborhood on a blank coded grid. I 'm not sure of the coding challenges but the concept would be something I would enjoy.
