Could we turn off Aliments?

So I’m interested in getting enchanted by nature for Christmas or something but the thing that is putting me off is the fact that we cannot turn off aliments on PS4. I believe that modders for PC / Mac players can have mods to turn it off but us console players cannot. In the pack settings menu of settings, could we have it as well as the balancing / luck turn on / off a way to turn off aliments because it’s just putting me off the pack as a whole. It would be a nice way to control things. Another way if it is not possible to completely disable it, is to have it like the werewolves toggle and keep it for the new world only.
