Disable body hair growth by default

Can we please get the body hair growth not enabled automatically? I feel like The Sims is a game where we mostly expect to create a sim and keep it that way unless we want to change it after. There's nothing wrong with adding natural changes but i think this should be optional but (at least) masculine sims body hair growth is always enabled, for every category.
