I really want to purchase Crystal Creations, yet there are so many issues with it. Many Sims Influencers are talking about all of the problems in their games since downloading this pack. I have worked really hard on my saves and do not want to lose them and/or break them. Am I the only one who has these reserved feelings of purchasing and downloading Crystal Creations Kit?
I feel the same way. I was planning on getting crystal creations within a week after release but now I am afraid to update my game. I am scared of the many bugs, dread having to update my mods and am still annoyed by the shopping cart. No update means no crystal creations. I don't want to mess up my favorite save. Too bad because it looks like a great pack.

You are mistaken. There are no issues with the pack itself. There was some issues with the patch that preceded it. There have been two e-patches since then to solve these. There are still some outstanding issues but nothing major.
You are not wrong. They have proven to not do very good quality assurance testing. I always wait until for months before getting packs to make sure all the bugs are fixed. It also means I refuse to purchase packs for full price.
