I found the issue in my game. If the Sim you're trying to match with is, or ever was a Celebrity, they won't show.
Here are the steps I took to get my other Sim to show up in Cupid's Corner (some of these required MC Command Center - check Hero Approved Mods).
1) Made sure she was living alone.
2) Hid the household
3) Made her a Maid
4) Removed her Celebrity left over buffs)
5) Removed her Unstoppable Fame Trait.
Other pre-made Sims showed up normally, so I expect the issue is with Get Famous.
Thoughts?

Mine has no link at all to Get Famous. For me it just showed a few existing Sims but then stopped and began generating random and bizarrely dressed "matches". I carried on for a few days IRL but got no more of my existing Sims. I had more singles both played or unplayed that didn't show up. None of them had ever been famous.
But I'm glad you found something that might help your game. I'd recommend testing yours without mods as we always advise testing on a Vanilla save if you have any more problems though.- Ulfric_Grimbrand12 months agoSeasoned Ace@simsplayer818 I keep a game that has never been modded saved just for testing purposes. I even named it Keep For EA!!!

@Ulfric_Grimbrand that's a great idea to keep a testing save, thought I'd best mention it.
I'm going to be starting a new Sim over the weekend and will be seeing if the same thing happens for me with my issue where it generates my Sims but then just stops and doesn't show any more after so many. I'm going to add more singles too in preparation. I'm wondering if I'm just expecting too much from it and if some of my Sims will just have to be in the right place at the right time (which usually involves me getting them to visit their lot and jog past it until they bump into each other 😂).
But I do still like the feature and my original testing Sim has found love on there with a cute doctor. (He left the kleptomaniac trait off his profile but I'll let that be a surprise for her if her Hamster goes missing lol).
But I thought I'd attach some love matches to show what I mean about "random". (There is a bug report for the random accessories and I've added these to it).

Just checked with the team on this; celebrities will (as of now) not appear in the Cupid's Corner app by design.
- Ulfric_Grimbrand12 months agoSeasoned Ace@EA_Cade For now, I have a possible solve for me. But what about those poor single celebs? Vanessa, Holly, Judith? Are they doomed to forgo love?
- gooochyeee12 months agoSeasoned Ace@EA_Cade Servos, Vampires, Mermaids, Werewolves, Aliens, Spellcasters are all able to find love and appear within Cupids Corner, why shouldn't famous sims be allowed to fall in love online, which typically would be preferable to avoid paparazzi.
