Degrees of like/dislike...

This is mainly for the like/dislike of skills/activities. The more a Sim likes/dislikes a skill the faster/slower it will progress. If a Sim dislikes a skill then the Sim will not be about to reach the max level of the skill. If a career requires a skill that the Sims doesn't like then the Sim will not be able to reach the top level of the career. 

If a Sim has a level 1 dislike of a skill, the Sim could only progress in the skill 75% of max, level 2 50% and level 3 25%. 

Skill limitations could also be tied to some traits. Clumsy Sims shouldn't be able to max out fitness. How far the Sim can progress in the fitness skill could be randomized so not all clumsy Sims are the same. Maybe Gloomy/Loner Sims might not be able to max of Charisma.
