Demolish Housing

So it's merely an idea / Question for everyone but im pretty sure im not the only one who feels this way; 
when you have to load up a [insert name] lot just to demolish EVERY TIME when im the previous games 

The sims 1 

The sims 2 
The sims 3 
you could simply and easierly Demolish the build/s from the main map / world of the place you are actively / non actively playing in. With the The sims 4 yes i do love the game but my word its extreme time consuming going in and out of lots @.@ 

i know this may be a rant feeling but no ?? i was just wondering and curious if possible if we could get a simple Demolish / remove / delete building button on the main map page ;-; just to save time
