I'd have to agree on the way they look, I can't get an in game cat to mimic my own real life cat facial structure but things like pets sitting or staring at you while in the bath yes because my own cat does that sometimes even jumps up onto the edge of the bath while I'm in it which always makes me worry she's gonna fall in cause obviously it'll be all my fault she did 😂 It's the traits I think that are a little much in some instances, my dog on the sims has the loyal trait so why does that mean she wants to go for a walk every hour and mopes about more than being happy? The vets on the sims are another broken matter entirely I just put a vet station down on my lot and treat them from there, I'm not waiting a million hours in game so the vet can say "come this way" and then leave the building to go play in the rain 🙄 their personalities are also quite predictable in game, my real life cat sometimes spends all day asleep on top of the fridge and I barely see her or she's off doing her own thing or catching massive spiders and bringing them to me as a "gift" something sims pets never do. I like the idea of dietary requirements and behaviour challenges, my cat was a rescue and had a really rough start in life, you couldn't really stroke her much at first but now she loves a cuddle and strokes, I would like to see that kind of progression in game when you adopt a stray for instance. It would flesh out their personalities and behaviour.
