It would be interesting to add some random natural disasters to the Sims 4. Nothing horrible, just a general disruption like rain and thunder. A few Tsunami's in Sulani, earthquakes in Cuidad Enamor...

brrclgh1 as well as the Quake Zone lot challenge from the City Living pack, in the Island Living pack there's a Volcanic Activity lot trait that causes earthquake like effects and lava bombs.
