This is currently as designed- if the fairies are visiting in their human form, they're considered regular visitors.
If you're seeing issues specifically with fairies appearing in your world still in fairy form outside of Innisgreen, please let us know so we can continue to investigate.
EA_Solaire Are you serious? We have door settings to prevent solicitors, neighbors, friends, and vampires from turning up unannounced but we can't prevent fairies from visiting without being invited? And this is by design? How did anyone think "Let's make it so fairies show up at homes uninvited whether the player wants that or not" would be a sensible design choice?
