Enhanced Building Tools

Question

I'm sure this has been discussed somewhere but I was unable to find it. It would be amazing to have some enhanced building tools in-game that really should be basic. Here is my very short wish list so far.

I'm fairly new to the Sims so if these are already available in game (without mods), I absolutely welcome correction! ♥️

The ability to select multiple objects to move, delete or duplicate/copy.
The ability to group objects so they can be moved, deleted or duplicated as one. This would be SO helpful when building multiple residences on large neighborhood lots. Being able to duplicate a whole house at once would be amazing.
Drag select to select these multiple objects.

I think that's it for now. I may add to this the more gameplay I get. Thanks!

You can duplicate a building easily by saving it to the gallery/library. If the lot you save it on initially is small enough then you can place it several times in larger lots, just make sure you don't overlap the new lot you place over the house you placed previously. Same thing can be done with objects to move, delete or duplicate, enclose them in a room and then you can move or delete them together as&nbsp; room and if you save that room to library/gallery, then you can duplicate the whole room and all the objects in it.
