Fingernails are misaligned. Slightly, but noticeable on the Index and Pinky fingers.
Ignore the modded flag. That's Restrict Opposite PartFlag fixes.
To add to this, one of the new Lovestruck blouses does this w some of the pants from HSY. Also male sim feminine frame.

Apparently so, although, if you look through Bug Reports you'll see single bug reports of this nature getting merged together regularly.
This isn't my first time posting a report like this. Incorrect PartFlags are my shtick. IIRC, my most recent post like this was about the Werewolf form Nude_Base parts almost all having the wrong Restrict Opposite flags and how there's something wrong with the top meshes and also that the textures don't align properly at the shoulder seems on the female top and that the fingernails don't have additional colors to match the toenails.
In any case, I post these things here while I'm mod-fixing them because I want EAxis to fix them officially so console simmers don't have to suffer. AHQ can move it around wherever they see fit.

This is because ymBottom_EP12PantsBaggy, the pants in your screenshot, is incorrectly tagged for both Female and Male Age & Gender, when it's supposed to only be tagged for Male Age & Gender because it is made with the Male mesh/frame.
It's the same problem with ymBottom_EP16UnderwearTrim - well, that and the incorrect Restrict Opposite flags on both yfBottom_EP16UnderwearTrim and ymBottom_EP16UnderwearTrim.
These items ARE NOT unisex. In the case of EP12PantsBaggy, no Female mesh/frame variant exists.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'll add it to my List of Sadness™ to fix.
The attached screenshots show both variants of EP16UnderwearTrim with their correct PartFlags. It's never supposed to create that big gap even when wearing opposite frame clothing.
EDIT: Attached screenshots of the wrong swatch. Can't have anyone saying "that swatch doesn't have the problem!!!!11111". >.>
Oh I see I see, ty for explaining to me! Someone asked if I had repaired the game but I said no, bc I'm on PS4 and this error is only with a few pants and otherwise the shirt works tone. It's good to know my feeling that wouldn't solve it is correct, I assume.

Repairing the game wouldn't fix this. With respect, anyone who tells you that doesn't know what they're talking about. You could reinstall and repair the game a thousand times and it would not fix this. You could buy a shiny new PS5 and throw money at EA to rebuy the game and you'd still see the same thing.
As you're on console, fixing this would require a patch from EAxis fixing their incorrect PartFlags on the items. On PC/etc., you have me and my CAS Override mods.
These PartFlag issues are VERY easy to fix. If they cared to, they could've released a patch fixing all of this already. I'm almost done overriding all 220 CAS items with correct PartFlags and I'm moving slower than I usually do.
