How do you filter for "healthy" meals? I'd love more filter options for cooking.
You earn it by eating healthy (eating produce, Açaí bowls, etc…), drinking water, and exercising. All of these done continuously will lead your sim to getting the Health Food Nut lifestyle, which gives you the option.
