@Lisi90s31 what a great idea! I don't add that many elders either or if I do I just place them in a little house or flat as a background character, a parent or grandparent of another Sim.
We were almost there with Basement Treasures in terms of furnishings but a few of the items are a bit battered to actually look presentable in a nice granny flat.
I do have a super cool elder named Hugo Soldado who is the patriarch of my favourite Sims dynasty. He's a screenwriter and he still works. He's a sharp dresser too. His wife was originally an elder but I wanted her to be a busy mother who is always cooking and having the family over but she just looked worn out with the elder animations so I created her again as an adult instead. I think it's the animations that put me off a bit. I play with ageing off.
Elders I know can run rings around me lol so they're not always creaking and hunched over (that would be me instead 😂).
So let's respect our elders a bit more!
