Feature Request: Blanket for Gazing at the Sky

I love our options to have our sims gaze at the sky by themselves or with another Sim. 

However, when clicking on the options to moon gaze stargaze or cloud gaze, it would be really nice to have a blanket or something populate underneath them so that the sims aren’t lying directly or on the ground.
