[Feature Request]loading cache system
allow some houses be in a pre-loaded state, like in The Sims 3 so we can change to apartments or houses in the same neighbourhood without a loading screen

[Feature request]make npcs attend all spaces in any lot
add a lot trait, like the Auto Employees created by the modder LittleMsSam, that recruits one npc for each type of vendor/bar/food stall/etc. station in a lot
[Feature request]allow controlling sims without having them in your household
allow npcs to be controlled as an active sim without adding them to the household, like in the mod SimControlHub
