But, when every single townie in my game looks like this, it's scary and a bit unrealistic :D
IRL, I am not exception to the weird body type. I eat for England and don't gain an ounce.

Edit, I quickly opened my game with the Mod removed, these are the Sims that spawn in. I assume these are all homeless Sims. They all have the same body type.
