Feedback: Shopping Cart Icon and main menu ads

This is a ridiculous addition - it's super distracting to have it constantly flashing, and I already have the ability to buy packs in-game using the main menu. I really don't understand why anyone thought this would be a good idea.

I was looking forward to buying the new stuff pack, but as I won't be able to play Sims 4 and actually enjoy it, I won't be doing that until this gets fixed.
