I have autism and this makes me feel extremely uncomfortable!
Not only that but it also feels downright predatory, almost demanding me to buy more dlcs and spend money on Sims 4 packs!
This has to be one of the worst moves EA has done so far.
I have played the Sims since Sims 1 but I'm so over with this game.
I refuse to buy more packs from now on. I don't like being treated like a money bag with legs.

So, will we have to make a new issue for the new flashing light that replaced the pulsing or can we continue to express our opinion in this thread?!
I am very disappointed by the emergency update.
So basically they changed a pulsating button to a pulsating light?!
And what does "more frequently than intended" mean? Will I have to click this button every day to get rid of the light? Will it be as broken as the calendar light?
This is still completely unacceptable! I can't believe how I am treated as someone who has both spend hundreds of euros on packs as well as hundreds of hours of my time to make the game better as a modder...- daikoyu2 years agoSeasoned Ace
This button STILL has a visual effect? I play without gallery and online notifications so for me the button was static as long i not klicked on it (+ I removed him now with a mod). It’s truly a shame, the new stuff pack looks nice, and I am sure the team worked hard for this. If this packs not sell enough EA will come with the wrong reason “The client was not interesting in this topic” and will not hear it that one of the reasons was because of this stupid button, which should never exist.
I am sure EA_Cade try his best but in the end he can only voice us, EA aka Overboss don’t need to listen to him/all the worker which still care about Sims 4 and want to deliver a better product. This battle seems since a long time lost, not only with Sims 4.
