So sorry for the delay, combination of my being out of office the last few days and also side tracked with other tasks.
Yes, I am still reporting on this thread weekly. I have no updates I can provide at this time other than we are still monitoring.

@EA_Cade It will be interesting to see what happens to TS4 statistics after June 4th. Are you able to report on these?

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.106.148.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EP, All GP except Batuu, All SP. Most kits except Bust the dust and 3 of the most recent.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load or start a game.
What happens when the bug occurs? The in game shopping cart icon is obnoxious. Every time I load a new screen it's advertising one of the packs I don't have (which I don't have for a reason - poor quality being the primary one). I have to click on it to get it to disappear. Why is the main screen advertising not enough? It blocks the screen of my game. And it definitely shouldn't appear multiple times in one game play. Fix this.
What do you expect to see? Ideally no shopping cart icon. But at the very least a shopping cart icon that doesn't keep pushing pop ups for broken packs over and over during one session.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Fix or remove the shopping cart icon...
