Re-Organize Pie Menu

Ignore the "Skill Lock..." it is a mod.

Green arrow up means should be on first tier, orange arrow down means second tier (possibly removed), and red arrow down means  last tier or removed. But a suggestion with an example Sim with traits/likes/dislikes in mind. I find the most used is on 2nd or 3rd tier, and some options will never be used as per the Sims' personality (likes/dislikes), traits and even ideals.

• Life State/Trait/Ideals  items should be Prioritized.
• Disliked Skills/Actions like Singing or jogging (Fitness) should be removed or demoted to next pie menu tier
• Utensils should be set in CAS/Simology panel like in the like/dislike section.
• If Natural Living Maxed using umbrella should be removed or demoted to next pie menu tier
• Recall a Lost Formative Moment should be removed or demoted to next pie menu tier
• Flaunt wealth seems like a Celebrity or Materialist trait action and should be removed from Sims who do not have these type of traits

This example my Sim both dislikes and Ideals are against mean/mischief so should be demoted or removed. Magic should be in the first level/tier.
