Decided to give the new update a look.
Oh. The cart button don't seam to flash every time I start the game. Joy and rejoicing, is the game playable again ??!!??
Then, I open CAS to change my sim's clothing. Bam ! Notification ! Flashing button.
Rage.
I dismiss the notification. Then open CAS again with the same result. Seam just opening CAS cause the cart button to flash / notify, but that don't seam right. Exiting CAS don't dismiss the notification either.
Ideal fix would be removing the cart button altogether. But at least, please please please, stop the flashing / notifications.
Edit: starting CAS through "new game" gets the same result. Notification.
Why moved into feedback ?
Do you really mean this is not a bug ? That pestering the player about DLC's every time we dare open CAS is on purpose ?
Do you really care so little about us ??
I don't think the team will do something against it because everybody else tried to ask the team to do something against that cart button since the comments got disabled and they merged it in 1 post all together
So it won't be long untill this post get merged into an already existing one
Everyone wants this gone or atleast make it look like it's more bearable without all the flashing
I am so tired of seeing adverts for packs in game.
I have mods to remove the bloody shopping trolley from the top corner. Though when those mods break, I'm forced to see it again.
At least let us mark individual packs as "ignored" or "hide" or "not interested" so we can stop receiving pop-ups trying to sell us the same kits over and over and over and over and over....
For example:
Personally, I don't want CAS kits. I don't like CAS. I don't enjoy CAS. So I have basically zero use for CAS kits. I don't want to see constant pop-ups perstering me to buy these CAS kits.
If I could go into the packs section from the main menu and hide each pack I don't want so it doesn't try and constantly advertise it to me, that would be great.
an option "ignored" or "hide" or "not interested" will be a great idea for a solution so it won't pop-up anymore and hopefully we get rid of that flashing light this way if we have that as a solution
maybe an option like "will you be interested with the help of a shopping card to help you get the packs/kits?" will be the solution to all the problems we are experiencing right now or atleast have the toggle on/off option so we won't have to deal with the shopping icon flashing anymore
